The satisfaction of our customers is of paramount importance to us and we pride ourselves on excellent quality and service. We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied you can return it to us in its original condition, for a refund, exchange or store credit.
Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of our dispatch date. You must include the original receipt that we send out with orders. Any returned items that are not accompanied by this receipt are unlikely to be accepted. Merchandise purchased at full-price and also sale purchases are entitled to a full refund, unless they have been worn with visible signs of make up, sweat marks, deodorant or damaged as a result of bad handling of the garment when trying it on.
Equestrian Lifestyle Limited will only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability, if a different garment is desired you must place this as a new order. Returns received after the 14 days time frame are accepted at the discretion of Equestrian Lifestyle Limited.

Please remember that the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Equestrian Lifestyle Limited will not issue refunds for goods that do not arrive or arrive damaged. Therefore, please ensure you package your return properly to prevent any damage to the items or boxes during transit. The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
In the case of an exchange, please remember to state clearly, the item you require. Should the required piece be unavailable and provided the item is in its original unworn condition and returned with the original packaging within 7 days of notifying us, a refund will be issued. We cover postage for all exchanges, so you will not be charged extra.
If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser’s credit card for the sum paid, less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs. Equestrian Lifestyle Limited will try to process all refunds quickly, but please allow up to 10 working days. The time taken for the refund to be credited to your account will depend on your bank or credit card issuer.
Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
PROOF OF POSTAGE
We recommend that items be returned to us via a recorded delivery service to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. We recommend that you obtain PROOF OF POSTAGE from the Post Office or any Logistic Company when you return the item, or use a recorded or signed for service to ensure its safe arrival with us. Should your returned item not arrive back with us, you will need Proof of Postage in order for you to make a claim for the missing item. Although we will try our best to help you locate your missing return, Equestrian Lifestyle Limited reserves the right not to issue a refund if the returned item does not reach us.
Customers are legally obliged to take reasonable care of the items they order whilst they are in their possession. If you have purchased items from Equestrian Lifestyle Limited and fail to take reasonable care of unwanted items before returning them to us, we will not accept your return and you will not be eligible for a refund.
